Our Story
Hello, it’s a pleasure to meet you! I’m Ashley, the proud founder and owner of A&M Esthetics, and I’m thrilled that you’ve discovered my spa!
With over 12 years as a Licensed Esthetician, I established A&M out of a desire for a more passionate approach to skincare and a need to stay true to my values. I just saw so many local spas that seemed to overlook genuine client care and effective results and I knew there was a better way.
I believe it’s crucial to find someone who truly listens, cares, and is dedicated to helping you look and feel your best and when you find your person and your place, it’s life-changing! Our commitment to client care is why our services are thoughtfully scheduled, allowing us ample time to understand your unique goals without feeling rushed.
I carefully selected and trained my team to excel in specialized areas like eyebrows, acne, mature skin, and Brazilian waxing/sugaring, ensuring our clients enjoy perfectly shaped brows, clearer and more youthful skin, and a soothing waxing experience devoid of irritation.
Our signature facials are designed to be both corrective and results-driven while never sacrificing relaxation. Additionally, I’ve developed innovative waxing techniques here at my studio to fulfill clients’ wishes for a gentler hair removal process.

Hi, I’m Taylor. I’ve been a licensed Esthetician for five years, specializing in sugar waxing, brow shaping, anti-aging and acne concerns. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable environment where every client feels not only at ease but even more beautiful than they already are. I’m passionate about perfecting brow shapes and love using henna and tint to achieve the best results. When you visit me, you can expect a calming, relaxing experience with no irritation and a thorough, professional hair removal service. For facials, I strive to create a relaxing atmosphere, aromatherapy, and a soothing massage that includes your scalp, neck, shoulders, hands, and arms. I use a variety of massage techniques to leave your skin feeling refreshed, radiant and smooth.

Hi, I’m Julianne, the Client Experience Coordinator at A&M. I strive to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest. From greeting clients with a warm smile to assisting with booking and adjusting appointments, I ensure a seamless and enjoyable spa experience. I also help keep the spa organized and serene, assist in planning events, and support the team in providing top-tier service. My goal is to make every visit as smooth and stress-free as possible so our clients can focus on relaxation and self-care. I look forward to seeing you at the spa!

Hi! I’m Cassie. I’ve been a Licensed Esthetician since 2022. I specialize in brow shaping, tinting and henna, as well providing a comfortable, professional environment for sugaring, and Brazilian waxing. I am passionate and committed to helping clients achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin through product customization based on skin type, goals, and concerns, while also incorporating soothing massage techniques to help them reach their most relaxed state.
My ultimate goal is for every one of my clients to leave feeling happier and more beautiful than when they arrived. I truly find the most rewarding part of being an esthetician is helping clients achieve their skin goals, being an advocate for self-care, even when it seems impossible and to feel more beautiful and confident in their own skin.
